Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days.
  • Delivery time depends on stock. Products that are in stock are shipped within 5  business days. The delivery time is from 5 to 7 business days.
  • For product that are not in our warehouse shipment up to 15 days, delivery time to the customer from 15 to 20 days.
We inform about the date and length of delivery by email or text message after placing the order.
We do not accept orders placed by email or by phone.

Shipping Rates

  • Delivery cost depends on the value of the order. Orders below 500€ delivery cost 19.99€.
  • orders over 500€ free delivery.
  • If the total weight of the order exceeds 20 kg, the delivery cost will be assessed individually.
  • Free collection possible from Ballincollig.


GardenArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

For orders from outside Republic of Ireland, please contact us by email before placing your order to arrange shipping costs.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of return shall be borne by the buyer.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
